Testing Process

Before & After running of 500 Miles, 1000 Miles

  • Compression measurement with the help of recording equipment / compression-recorder.
  • Restorative properties of the product and stability of the size of parts were determined by direct measurements during micron-metering of the engine parts according to GOST 14846 - 81.(Automobile Engine: Method of Bench Tests) or equivalent any.
  • Pressure measurement in the oil lubrication system of the engine.
  • Measurement of exhaust toxicity in a gasoline engine (CO, HC, NOx,CO2,) according to Any standard(ISO/EC/ASTM,IS etc) or equivalent, as well as in a diesel engine (smoke) according to Any standard(ISO/EC/ASTM,IS etc) or equivalent.
  • Measurement of fuel consumption according to GOST 20306 -90. (80/1268/EEC i. d. F. 2004/3/EC )
  • Analysis of the noise and vibration level of the engine according to GOST Р 53838-2010,GOST ISO 10816 -1-97
  • Determination of metal content in the oil according to GOST 27860-88/
  • Analysis of tribological properties of a motor oil according to GOST 9490 -75/
  • Measurement of engine power according to 80/1269/ EEC i. d. F. 1999/99/EC/

Test Methodology

  1. Four relatively old (more than 50000/60000 KM or 10 yrs old) cars/ vehicles selected for the test.
  2. Parameter recording before use of art
  3. Oil changed for all the selected engines (mineral based oil).
  4. Mixed ART for only 3 cars and One car should not be use anything.
  5. Vehicles ran for 500 KM/600 KM before the final recording of the parameters.
